Used on 5th wheel jack motors, tongue jack and certain slide-out applications. Can also be used for replacement switch for power jacks. 16 Amp @ 125 VAC(CSA), 15 Amp @ 125 VAC(UL),10 Amp @ 250 VAC, 3/4"H.P. @ 250 VAC, 16 Amp @ 12 VDC. UL/CSA/CUL/IP55/RoHS approved. Switch has 4 blades and 4 wires. Fits bezel.
