Ideal for trucks without stake pockets. No holes to drill. Simple 2 bolt installation. Complete with mounting hardware including j bolts with swivel brackets. Warning: Will not work on some double wall truck beds. Requires minimum 2" clearance between sidewall and lip to install on truck bed.
