About this product
The PullRite OEX 4820 Super 5th Hitch Plate has 3 height adjustments. It features PullRite's exclusive automatic latching and locking rotary jaw system, eliminating manual latches and the need to climb in and out of the bed of the truck. The head is easily removed from the top of the rocker arm by removing 2 pins, reducing the weight of hitch by 45 lbs. SAE J2638 tested to 25K. The OEX base provides the Super 5th Coupler with a 4" additional cab clearance. Each OEX Hitch is nearly half the lifting weight of similar designs on the market. OEX Super 5th's lifting weight is 2/3 of the weight of similar brands. OEX Mounting Posts are totally removable and require no tools. Once removed, the overall lifting weight is reduced for easy install and removal. Super 5th's self-latching jaw requires no secondary locking device to engage. NOTE: This item is the PullRite 4820 Super 5th Hitch Plate only. Complete hitch assembly requires purchase of OEX Series Base for your specific model truck. Featuers: 25,000 lbs. max gross trailer weight towing capacity. 6,250 lbs. max trailer pin weight capacity. Vertical height adjustment from 16.25" to 18.75". Dual articulating head moves four directions for easier hookup. Locking jaw closes automatically around king pin. Precision, laser-cut jaw components cradle the trailer's king pin 140° for a secure, tight fit.
